At Old Sarum Flying Club we have been operating the Ikarus C42 Microlight for a number of years as a training and touring aircraft. We are enormously impressed with performance, handling and economy that it delivers. In fact we were so impressed that we became the South of England Dealer.
In addition to providing training (microlight) on the aircraft, we also offer a variety of purchase and shared ownership options.
Outright Purchase
The C42 is available as a ready built or kit microlight, or as a VLA kit. It is available with either an 80hp or 100hp engine.

Shared Ownership

Aircraft Share and Training Package
We are offering a special deal for student pilots. For under £5000 you can become co-owner and have 25 hours flying costs, 12 months hangarage and insurance and 25 hours instruction.
The best bit is that on completion of your NPPL (microlight) you will be able to fly for just £29.50 per hour.
